This is a private property in a residential building, a reception or other hotel services are not available, however, our hosting team will be always available to help you.

Cancellation Policy

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Checkout: before 11:00 AM
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden.
• Keep noise to a minimum from 15.00 p.m. to 17.30 p.m. and between 22.00 p.m.and 07.30 a.m.
• 24h self check-in option is available for free. In person check-in is available upon request and it’s subject to availability.
• To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
